Without question my favourite meal of the day is breakfast. I go through phases, but cereal will always be a winner in my book! Sometimes I even make it that little bit more interesting, like today, apres-swim.


The bag’o peas were not for eating may I add

Ingredients: ‘4-way cereal’ mix, comprising – Special-K, Honey nut Cheerios, Oats+honey+raisins Granola and maple mini-wheats. Large banana, honey, blueberries and milk. Plus a mug of coffee or three…..

And then it’s off to bed! Well, a power nap at least.
