I was out on the bike course for the Miami International Triathlon yesterday evening, and I came up behind a group of guys, which prompted me to take a picture, cos you just wouldn’t see it in many other places I doubt!! It is after all only March.

Today Blair and I visited one of my best friends – Mike, who I haven’t seen since September – as he and Jenni have had a new addition to the family. Littel Isobel. Last time I say Mike and Jenni they told me they were expecting…. and all of a sudden 6 months has blown by. [...]

I’m really pleased to say that I have just signed with Profile Design for this 2009 season. I will be racing in their wetsuits and - for the warmer swims – speed suits. I will also be using their aerobottles, bottles cages and other hydration components.
