Some racing visuals

I am afraid I do not have any particularly interesting pictures (in effect, I have none) to illustrate some of the things I have been up to over the last little while. I have been training well; I may write a little on some of the session specifics shortly, but certainly I am happy with how things are going (although tired). On Saturday Tim, Gav, Nick and I went to Cape Town to watch a rugby match between the Cape Town Stormers and the Durban Sharks. It was the beginning of the Super 14 Series and certainly a spectacle – as any derby match should be I guess? Although the Stormers lost, which was ‘our’ team for the match.
