Padding…. (with lack of other news)

I’ve not really got too much to report I am afraid this week, so I thought I would simply add some pictures (click on the pictures and the little ‘i’ to get my informed captions) of the last few weeks whilst Blair was here – mostly pictures from his camera. I did do a running race during the week mind you – a 15k affair. Tim took myself, Gav and Mari through to Durbanville, a suberb of Cape Town, on Wednesday. We were told there was a hill at 7k. Hmmm, plus the one at 2,5,8,10,12,13 …. but it was a great session, despite me feeling pretty sluggish. Tim and Mari won, Gav was somewhere 2 minutes up the road and I finished 11th, as 3rd junior. – Some work to be done!

The news is telling me that it is the coldest winter of the decade at home. I’m glad (and lucky) to be here.
