Need motivation?

Perhaps like myself you are in need of some motivational snippets. Perhaps the World Athletic Championships in Berlin are not providing quite enough? Whatever, have a look at this clip of legendary bodybuilder Ronnie Coleman in training. Perhaps – as with me – it will bring a wry smile to your face and just, maybe just, you too will yell “lightweight baby!!!”.
