Last ride at home ….

. . . . for a while at least. The sun was out (I even worked up a sweat), there was good company – Cat and Gav  – and the views were stunning enough to remind us that, when the weather is good – although I will admit another few degrees C wouldn’t have gon a amiss - there is nothing much wrong with the StirlingSHIRE as a traning base. We, or certainly I, simply take it for granted too often.

So with the final autumn training miles tucked away, I am away off to Aguilas, on the southern Costa Calida coast of Spain, tomorrow afternoon to start a new block of training. Add a few more bricks to the wall as they say…..
