Fraser did his first Ironman World Champs.
He was 30th (29th PRO).

Hope he learned a lot and hope he comes back in 2011.

Today I raced an olympic distance event in Miami. Non drafting. I finished 8th place in 1.52.16. It was a tough day at the office as they say, but a solid start to the year in the Northern Hemisphere.
Fraser Cartmell just finished Ironman 70.3 South Africa in second position, only 2 minutes 3 seconds behind last year’s winner Raynard Tissink (raynardtissink.com).
