Just got an email from Fraser saying he will race Ironman 70.3 Antwerp on August 2nd.
I wanted to keep everybody posted on whats going on… he is enjoying the mountains very much so he is a bit quiet.

Blair turned 24 yesterday; and he had to light his own candles. You’re never too old for cake though - especially chocolate cake! However he wasn’t so impressed with the candles which wouldn’t go out though - like fireworks so they were….
