Fraser Cartmell just finished Ironman 70.3 South Africa in second position, only 2 minutes 3 seconds behind last year’s winner Raynard Tissink (raynardtissink.com).

We arrived in Clearwater this afternoon. Finally, its nearly race time! We got registered, and I did some tv stuff for a programme channel 4 will run in December time at home, which is nice. This 70.3 thing is catchin on…..!
