Kona is all bustling and ready for action; the biggest triathlon of the year is nearly upon us, and there are 1800 Ironman athletes assembled on the volcanic Island to get the race underway on Saturday morning.

Iain just sent me this cracking shot that he snapped yesterday at the Duathlon. Makes me look like I know what i’m doing!

And we’re off….. the start of the Scottish Duathlon Championships this morning at Stirling University. Spot me in there somewhere if you can.
